Example 1 was a request from a co-worker while I was teaching @ Bound Brook HS. Catherine Peters and her husband are geneologist. She has been working for years on researching her family tree. After seeing some work I had done for one of my student, she approached me with a picture of her Great-Grand Father that was in three pieces and a photgraph of the pieces she had paid for some 10-15 years earlier and asked me, "What can you do with this?" I told her that I think she will be happy, give me a day or two and let me show you. After a run through the scanner @ 600dpi and about 2 hours of Photoshoping here are your results.
