Hypenosis is the brain child of President and Lead Designer Lary Lapczynski. Lary has been involved in computers and technology since his grade school days in the early 1980s. Launched in the late 1990s in Phoenix, Arizona - Hypenosis was a successful and creative design firm for over six years before family needs led to relocations to New Jersey.
Most recently Mr Lapczynski has been teaching Web Design, Engineering and Architecture @ Bound Brook High School.

During 1997 in Phoenix, Arizona, Hypenosis was established when the founder Lary Lapczynski launched the company as his interest in Web and Graphic Design was peaked with the rapid growth of the Internet. Starting in a side project while working @ Insight, Hypenosis was originally an experiment. Immediately, there was a demand for services and over the next few years we transferred into a full time to the company. Originally, Hypenosis was focused almost exclusively on web design, but the consulting interests of the founder and client needs led them to gain more skills for their clients. Always working to be of service to our clients has helped Hypenosis grow steadily. In 2003 due to family needs, Hypenosis closed operations in Arizona and relocated as a one person operation to New Jersey. While on hiatus Hypenosis continued to do design projects on a one off basis as well as marketing and consulting. While teaching Web Design & Engineering from 2005-2007, Lary decided it was time for Hypenosis to be reborn as a full service design company. July of 2007 marked to official relaunch of the company. We are looking regain the position we were @ and grow into the future.
